  • Over 10 years of experience in establishment, management, operating and development of safety services for Marine enterprises, Oil & Gas Terminals (Barge and Ship Vetting, OVID, Terminal Safety Audit in compliance with OCIMF’s standards) as well as training respective inspectors to carry out such in-house services for Port owners, ships owners and related entities.
  • Having strategic vision in the development of safety services for Marine enterprises, Oil & Gas Ports to offer effective and professional advice to clients.

TEAM OF INSPECTORS

SIRE/OVID INSPECTORS

  • Inspectors accredited with SIRE Certificates (Category I).
  • Inspectors – Collaborators with OVID Certificates.
  • Over 10 years of experience in vetting inspection of Oil, Gas and Chemical Tankers
  • Experience in ship management, SMC-ISPS-MLC / Navigation / Cargo / Mooring / PMS assessment.

TANKER AND BARGE INSPECTORS

  • Years of experience in vetting inspection of oil tankers and barge fleets calling for PVN’s Ports (BSR, NSRP, PVOIL, PVGAS).
  • Years of experience in tanker management in DPA position
  • Experience in ISM, ISPS, MLC assessment for Panama and Liberia vessel fleet.
  • Having attended domestic and international training courses for inspectors organized by SIRE/OCIMF.

TERMINAL SAFETY AUDITORS

  • Experience foreign collaborators from International Oil companies, members of OCIMF such as BP, Shell, PTT…
  • With years of working for major PVN’s Terminals, domestic collaborators attended Terminal safety audit training courses organized by PVN and BP.
  • Sao Viet MPS JSC has typical programs to recruit and train competent inspectors in this specialized sector.

P&I CLUB CONDITION SURVEYORS

  • Experience surveyor in condition survey for P&I clubs in the world.
  • Domestic collaborators experts work for the international survey company for many years.
